Top 5 Tuesday: Hockey Moments

Okay, two quick disclaimers. One, I’m a huge Philadelphia Flyers fan, so deal with it. And two, I’m limiting these to moments I saw as they happened. So obviously, your list will vary wildly.

I was rooting for the Mighty Ducks (as they were then called) in this series because a) I liked Paul Kariya and b) I hate NJ. So this was a pretty amazing moment.

I was never a Bruins fan. Still am not. But Ray Borque seems like a nice guy. Joe Sakic sure is. Look what he did. As team captain after the Avalanche won the cup, it was his privilege to raise it first. But he didn’t. He gave it to Ray.
